There is a complex set of parts inside each of us, which we have collected during our lifetimes. They help us manage, balance, and protect all that is important to us.

What we call “thinking” can be understood as a conundrum of conversation between our internal parts.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy / Ketamine Integration

When psychotherapy alone is not enough

We partner with Journey Clinical, and will guide you through the process, including medical screening and medicine delivery. Our inSight Center clinicians provide the therapeutic preparation, dosing sessions, and integration sessions.

I help people find their way in life, even when there are leftover issues from a difficult experience

Having trouble difficulty sleeping, feeling numb, or recovering from sexual abuse or some other traumatic event? Are you unable to stop thinking about or feeling bad about your past? Trauma creates memories that don’t feel like memories. They feel like the present. 

Following the best practices of EMDR, which uses bilateral stimulation via eye movement desensitization reprocessing, we can move your memories from the present to the past. Play Therapy and Sandtray

With therapy, your child can successfully manage life’s challenges

If your child is showing signs of aggression, hyperactivity, acting out, difficulty in school and with peers, we can help. If your child has a diagnosis of ADD/ADHD, intense sibling rivalry, or oppositional behavior, there is hope.  

We provide a safe space for your child to learn coping mechanisms for life's many challenges in school and at home. Children communicate through play, and we are all ears. Our approach includes behavior modification, developing sensorimotor skills, school collaboration, and parenting skills training.
